Week 11November 5, 2021
This week, I completed 11 stars worth of video assignments. This is because, for one, the final product ended up being a bit shorter than the required length, so I thought doing a bit of extra work would help compensate for that. I made a silent movie trailer, a five second video, and a video from my perspective. I also completed three Daily Creates for the week.
This week also saw the introduction of my brand new closing credits sequence. I used it in every single assignment I submitted this week. All it took to make was one of my favorite pictures, a song from the IMovie music library, and IMovie’s built in text scroll feature. I wanted to make something that was a bit absurd, and I think my final product more than qualifies.
This week proved to be a bit more challenging than ones previous. Since the play I am in is opening soon, I’ve started doing tech rehearsals, which means I’ve been spending more and more time each night in the theatre (tomorrow I’m called from 6 to midnight). I also mentioned in one of my videos last week that I have an essay that I needed to work on, so most of my free time has been eaten up by that. I’ve had a lot to do, and things have been a bit stressful this week, but I still got the full bag finished.
